Coming into this class I did not know what exactly I would be doing, but upon starting and getting involved I found myself at home and quite comfortable. A lot of what was in the class I already knew, but I now have a better understanding and a greater confidence in these things. I was enthused about all the stuff I did not know, the learning made me excited to continue on with my studies. My thoughts have opened up about the information technology field and I am excited to try the different disciplines to make sure that software developer is the field I want. This class has helped me to understand the differences in programming, all the different types of languages, and how each one has its advantages and disadvantages. I am pleased I chose Davis Applied Technology College and am ready to continue in the pursuit of my career.
