MATH 1
Course Overview:
Students learn to apply the correct mathematical operation to solve practical problems. Students use whole numbers, fractions, decimals and percents to solve practical problems. Students are introduced to the basics of measurement, geometry, averages, probability, patterns and simple equations.
Course Reflection:
I tested very high on the math aptitude test showing I have more than enough competence in math. The college gave me full credit for the class and said there was no need for me to take the course.
